It would be helpful if the conservatives, Republicans and libertarians who read these pages might contribute a guest blog from time to time. There is a rich variety of thought out there on politics and contemporary events. While we frequently see things differently we can learn from one another and, in doing so, gain respect for different views.
Much has been said and written about the attack on the Capitol this past January 6th. While the Democrats have been most vocal on the subject, Republicans have been divided on what happened that day. I would appreciate hearing what Republicans and others have to say about January 6th and its meaning for the future of American politics.

It’s my guess you are right. “Old fashioned” conservatives and Republicans would’ve stepped up and confirmed what we all saw just as Liz Cheney has! It would be refreshing to hear that there are still conservatives with the courage to do the right thing for the country, not to mention their party as well.
